With the help and support of so many wonderful people who all have the same aim 
which is to Create Europe's first Specialist Holiday Centre designed exclusively for special needs and disabled children and their families?
In the wonderful location of The Sunny Algarve, Portugal where they boast of having 300+ days of sunshine and blue sky's this fantastic holiday centre is becoming a reality.
Volunteers have come, literally from all over the world to help create this small run down hotel into a magical place for special needs and disabled children where they can experience, sometimes their first ever holiday with Mum, Dad, brothers and sisters, Nan and grandpa in a safe and secure environment.Many companies, charities and other organisations have now acknowledged what we are doing and assisting us in every way they can to ensure the centre becomes a reality.
There are some great features which the Centre Algarve will boast such as sensory gardens, tranquil areas, a small zoo with some fun safe animals, education areas, sensory room, soft play area, outdoor play area, raised planting areas, Picnic areas, swimming pool with hoists. Shallow pool for young children, Specialist disabled bedrooms with adjoining hygiene rooms with ceiling hoists. Relaxing lounge/dining area with refreshments available all day and of course some sun bathing areas.
The Centre Algarve will also arrange some great experiences for days out as well such 
as, Water Parks, Dolphins and sea life centre, Sailing for the day on a Pirate ship. Visits to the beach with access to the water for disabled via special beach wheelchairs. Orange picking at the local orange plantation just to name a few.

Our Voluteers
Finally we must mention all the wonderful volunteers from all over the globe who have come to stay on site or people who live locally who call in to help. These people are making this project a reality and without their hard work the refurbishment costs would massively escalate and take forever to complete.
