On Wednesday evening/ Thursday morning thieves broke into the Centres grounds and stole around 35 exotic birds. We were building a nice selection of birds that were due to be moved in the next couple of weeks to a new avery which was about to be built. Everybody here was very upset as many of the birds had there own little characters and will be sadly missed. What made matters worse was that there were many eggs which now will be lost due to the mothers not here to nest.
